Please familiarize yourself with our requirements PRIOR to your appointment as we will be unable to see you for your appointment if these are not followed.

Safety & Sanitation
​
Safety and sanitation are always at the forefront of every service. We pride ourselves for always going above and beyond when it comes to cleanliness standards. Although, due to COVID-19 we have added additional precautions and protocols to ensure the safety of everyone. These include:
​
- Reducing the number of clients per day to ensure adequate time for cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting.
- All staff will wear masks and PPE at all times while in the spa, along with daily temperature checks.
- Common areas and touch points will be disinfected thoroughly between each client.

Pre-Screening
All guests are asked to self screen prior to appointments to ensure we all stay safe and healthy during this time.

Do You Have These Symptoms?
​
- Fever - Headache
- Cough - Diarrhea
- Colds - Shortness of Breath
- Sore Throat - Joint & Muscle Pain
- New Loss of Taste or Smell - Congestion or Runny Nose
​
If you answered YES to any of these, your appointment will need to be rescheduled.
​
​
Have You Had Exposure?
​
- Travelled to other countries in the past 14 days
- Travelled to, reside, or work in local areas with reported COVID-19 cases
- Exposure to a confirmed COVID-19 patient
- Exposure to a Person Under Investigation (PUI) for COVID-19
​
If you answered YES to any of these, your appointment will need to be rescheduled.

Health & Safety Check
​
Upon entering, we ask that you sanitize your hands. We will be checking temperatures using a no contact forehead thermometer and asking about COVID-19 indicative symptoms. Please note that if you have an elevated temperature you will not be allowed to proceed with your appointment.

Rescheduling
​
At this time, our cancellation policy is waived if experiencing the above symptoms to ensure guest and employee safety. Standard cancellation policy still applies for all other circumstances.
Arrival
​
Please stay in your car (or enjoy some fresh air in beautiful Downtown Edmonds!) until your appointment time. Please do not enter on your own at the start time of your appointment, as our waiting areas will be closed until further notice. Your service provider will text you when they are ready to welcome you in and will come out to greet you.

​
Masks
​
Please arrive with your favorite mask on.
​
​
Personal Items
​
We ask that you leave unnecessary personal items at home or in your car, but we will gladly provide a new, disposable bag to store your personal items and clothing in during your treatment.
Payment
​
For the time being, we have gone cashless. Guests may pay using the card linked to their appointment or with a credit or debit card in person.
​
​
Food & Beverage
​
No outside food or beverages (including water) will be allowed in the treatment room, nor will beverages be provided.
